These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cheaters Ludo — both the web version at adotbigames.com and the Cheaters Ludo Android app distributed on Google Play (together, the "Service"), operated by adotbigames ("we", "us", "our"). By playing, creating an account, or signing in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Cheaters Ludo is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to sign in or make a purchase. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission and involvement, particularly before making any purchase.
Pass & Play and Nearby Play (Wi‑Fi/LAN) are available as a guest, with no account. Online play — Find Match, Create Room, and Join Room — requires signing in with Google. Nearby Play (Wi‑Fi/LAN) is guest-accessible today, but this may change: a future update is expected to introduce an entry fee for Wi‑Fi/LAN play, similar to the one Find Match already has, which will likely require sign-in at that point too. If you choose to sign in with Google, you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; anything done from your signed-in account is treated as done by you. Please use one account per person — we may take action against accounts used to evade a suspension or manipulate matchmaking, the leaderboard, or the coin economy.
Coins are a limited, revocable license to use specific features within the Service (matchmaking entry, cosmetic purchases, and similar) — they are not your property, have no cash or real-world value, cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or redeemed for money outside the Service, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
We may change how many coins any bundle, reward, or purchase provides, retire a bundle or reward, or adjust prices at any time. Your coin balance is not a stored-value account or a form of credit.
Purchases made through the Android app are processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment card details. All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's own refund policy, which we don't control and can't override; contact Google Play support for a refund request, and contact us at the email below for anything else about your purchase.
Coins and any other purchased or earned items are forfeited, without refund, if your account is deleted — whether you delete it yourself or we terminate it for violating these Terms. See Suspension, termination, and account deletion below.
Token skins, dice skins, name badges, yard/board themes, and emotes are cosmetic only — they change how your pieces or profile look and never provide a gameplay advantage (extra dice rolls, better odds, or similar). Owning one is a license to use it in the Service, not ownership of the underlying artwork, which remains ours or our licensors'.
The Daily Reward calendar and any similar free reward feature are provided at our discretion and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. Rewards granted through them are coins or cosmetic items under the same terms as above — no cash value, not transferable.
Cheaters Ludo's gameplay intentionally includes a built-in cheating system — loaded dice and similar in-game mechanics you can use against other players, and that they can try to catch you at. That's the game as designed, available to every player subject to their own Cheat Energy, and using it is never a Terms violation.
What is prohibited: exploiting a bug to gain coins, items, or match outcomes the game didn't intend to give you; using bots, macros, memory editors, packet manipulation, or any other unauthorized third-party tool to automate play or alter how the app or its network traffic works; and attempting to manipulate the leaderboard, matchmaking, or the coin economy outside of normal play. We may reverse affected balances/results and suspend or terminate accounts involved in any of this.
Voice chat (Nearby Play and Online modes) is real-time and peer-to-peer between the players in your match — we don't record, store, or monitor it (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for your own conduct in voice chat, text chat, and any display name or profile info you set. Don't harass, threaten, or hatefully target other players; don't share illegal content; don't impersonate another person or adotbigames staff. Other players can mute or report you, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for conduct violations reported to us.
We are not responsible for what other players say or do in voice chat, text chat, or elsewhere on the Service — that is the sole responsibility of the players involved, and no one may hold us responsible for another player's misconduct. You interact with other players at your own risk. Muting, reporting, and blocking are available to you at any time, and we may act on reports at our discretion — but we don't monitor or record chat or voice at all, so we can't guarantee any player's behavior.
If your own conduct — including anything you say or do in voice chat, text chat, or elsewhere on the Service — results in a claim, demand, or legal action against us by another player or any third party, you agree to reimburse us for any reasonable costs, damages, or legal fees we incur as a result, to the extent permitted by law.
Your display name, chat messages, and any other content you submit through the Service must not be illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringe someone else's rights. We may reset or remove stored profile content (such as your display name) and take action against an account — including muting, suspending, or terminating it — without notice if it violates this. Because we don't record or store chat or voice (see Voice/text chat and player conduct above), we can't retroactively remove a chat message or something said in voice chat once it's happened — enforcement there is limited to acting on the account going forward.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cheaters Ludo for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app, the website, or their content, except where the law gives you a right we can't override.
Cheaters Ludo's name, artwork, code, and design are owned by adotbigames or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you — only the limited license above.
You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, for fraud or abuse, or as required by law.
Deleting or losing your account — for any reason — permanently forfeits your coin balance and any purchased or earned items, with no refund or restoration. If you're requesting deletion because of a real dispute about a purchase, contact us first at the email below — we'd rather resolve it than have you lose access to something you paid for.
The website and app may show ads (Google AdSense on the web, Google AdMob in the app) as described in our Privacy Policy. The optional "Remove Ads" purchase, once live, removes ads for your account under the same purchase terms as any other purchase above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that matchmaking, voice chat, or any other online feature will always be available — network conditions, other players, and third-party services we depend on (Google, Cloudflare, Neon) are outside our control.
To the maximum extent the law allows, adotbigames is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This specifically includes, without limitation: loss of coins, cosmetic items, or progress, however caused, including from bugs, downtime, maintenance, server issues, or account actions taken under these Terms; interruptions or unavailability of the Service, voice chat, matchmaking, or any other online feature; and the conduct, statements, or actions of other players, whether in voice chat, text chat, matchmaking, or elsewhere on the Service.
Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or a nominal amount if you haven't paid us anything.
We may add, change, or remove features (including game modes, cosmetics, rewards, and pricing) at any time, and may discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
